Designed a decentralized agricultural finance framework using Ethereum smart contracts to automate loan disbursement, payments and insurance. Enabled transparent supply-chain traceability, increasing farmer adoption of digital transparency from below 50% to ~80%.

Performed exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on a Kaggle dataset to identify key attrition drivers. Developed and evaluated predictive models delivering actionable insights to support HR workforce retention strategies.
End-to-end supply chain analytics pipeline on 100,000+ Olist Brazilian e-commerce transactions. Built four model tiers from naive baselines to SARIMA and XGBoost. Best model SARIMA(0,1,2)(1,1,1,26) achieved 18.5% MAPE within the industry sub-20% benchmark. Includes EOQ inventory optimisation (1,259 units/order, 95% service level), delivery performance analytics across 110,123 orders (92.1% on-time), seller risk scoring across 881 sellers, and an interactive Plotly Dash dashboard.
